ON A SIDE NOTE...what about 'Just Dance' & 'Poker Face'? How are those not diamonds when they've sold over 7,000,000? Combined with streaming that HAS to be in Diamond territory.

The OP mentions something about streaming being considered the awarding process, and the BR video has a lot more views than JD and PF. So even though the latter two may be the better sellers, the former was granted the award.
That's my best guess!
