Tbh I don't blame you for 'acting' during high school. I find Australia to be really homophobic. I go to a private school and the guys here are so close minded it's ridiculous. We had a gay speaker come into our assembly to talk about bullying as a part of this program our school is introducing about being a 'safe' accepting community (which I think is a good idea, but it probably won't work with the type of attitudes that the current generation has esp. guys) and all of the guys in my year level were so visibly uncomfortable. Like he was genuinely a funny speaker and all of the guys were telling off people saying 'you're only laughing because he's gay'.... Like

I'm bi but I'm just that type of person that subconsciously adjusts to the people around me.

When I'm with my best friend I can act gay as hell for the laughs, and when I'm with guys I just act sort of you know casual and normal.

It's really not me just wanting to fit in, because I couldn't care less how I act around people it's just something that happens.

Um... I don't do many 'masculine' things, but I guess I sometimes have a low pitched voice so people don't notice (only when I'm tired or feeling down).

The only thing that I've really done consciously is try to walk slower and more casual, since I found out that apparently it's a gay trait to walk fast or something (), other than that I don't really have many of the stereotypical traits, I don't ever use hand gestures, never have, and I have a reasonably deep / normal man's voice.

The only other thing is I'm very private when it comes to my music taste. I just don't tell anyone what kind of stuff I'm into. And for the most part it never comes up, so it's quite easy to avoid.
