The only way that comes to my mind is by checking the telomeres of his somatic cells.
Basically, your cells have meaningless stretches of DNA, called telomeres, at the end of each chromosome. These shorten every time the cell divides. (Once these telomeres are gone, the cell can no longer divide because it begins eating up the genes on ends of chromosomes. This is one limit on someone's maximum age and a proposed cause of aging.) If they took cells from an organ that replenishes at relatively regular intervals, they could potentially "date" him by checking the lengths of his telomeres.
Although it certainly is
possible that someone could live that long, it is
so wildly unlikely.
