Well, "Break The Ice" underperformed but due to several reasons including a Britney-free video. But it wasn't a complete flop either. I mean it went to the Top 20 in the UWC and almost Top 40 in the US. You can't call that a flop. "POM" and "Gimme More" were real hits though. But to be quite honest, I really have mixed feelings about "Radar", because I love it and everything - but obviously, I prefer other songs on the album over it. Every song on Blackout has potential. If only Britney cares about it and actually promotes it with a decent video... "Radar" is a kind of song that will either become a huge hit or a miserable flop. Only time will tell.
