Y'all he's seriously like 15 or 16 here. Give the kid a break. He's not homophobic, I highly doubt he's gay, and you can't tell whether he is or not based on that answer. He's a kid and he clearly felt awkward being asked that question, and I'm sure it gets asked quite often. Bieber isn't gay. Austin isn't gay. Get over it.
He was young and at the time 15, so he probably didn't know how to properly explain that he's not gay. Hopefully now that he's 18 he is a bit wiser and has probably been more exposed to the real world.

It's not the fact that he said he's not gay (at least for me), it's his "explanation" that bothered me. He was 15 not 11. There are kids younger than him that aren't that ignorant. I agree that it was an awkward question for him. I'm kind of surprised he answered it and didn't just ignore it like most male teenage popstars would.
lol straight guys just say "nope, im straight sry" or something along these lines
he gets really rilled up and that question completely changed his mood lol
Austin Mahone Current feedback to his old video, "I'm not a homophobic or a dumb person. First, I like everyone like gays(with long pause and couple of ahms....)Second, I have a brain.( a two minute pause with a slight stutter) Thirdly, it is just I don't know how to use it and bring out the right words.
