Noooo and it ****ing sucks cause I wanna see this AMAZING tour!!! the dates for latinamerica are NOT canceled and it match perfect with the others but the tickets always come out like 3 or 4 months before the show and they haven't said anything!!!
The tour is doing extreamly well the tickest for the rest of the tour are out exept latinamerica!, but something tells me that she's not going to return to Mexico! I don't know maybe she do the tour all over latinamerica but Mexico no cause she was last year doing 3 concerts here, making promo, mtv awards, bad press etc.. I'm mad cause I wanna see her once again but ok If she doesn't come at least I saw her last year! doing a special concert. and It was AMAZING

April Lavigne "postponed" her San Diego concert tonight, Perezious reader Jeff tells us that excessive partying could be the main reason why she can't play in San Diego this evening.
He shares with us:
"Avril and Boys Like Girls (Avril's support band) played here (in Vegas) last night at the Palms…yesterday afternoon (at a private performance before the big show) the lead singer of Boys Like Girls Martin Johnson said, "We (he & Avril) got so wasted last night in her suite." He told us how she (Avril) had a bowling alley in her suite and that they "went shot (alcohol) for shot all night long." Even at the show last night, in front of her very young audience, she claimed that she was "hung-over" from drinking so much the night before. I think that is one of the many reasons she bucked the San Diego show…"
So responsible. Promoting drinking to the tweens in the audience.

I am at home right now taking it easy. I have been sick this whole tour, and now I have lost my voice. I have never canceled a show in my whole career and just had to for the first time ever. This sux!
I am so sorry! I have been on the road for 60 days straight. I have had the flu 3 times and I never get sick, it just keeps going around. I think I am just run down. I just played 4 shows in a row in Texas (which is a lot for the vocals) and woke up in Vegas Tuesday with no voice. I thought I was gonna have to cancel that show, but I made it through…..barely! I still went on stage in Vegas and gave it my all, but unfortunately its interfering with my throat now. I had to eliminate songs.
I woke up yesterday and knew I wouldn't be able to sing last night. My voice is so shot. We drove home yesterday and I went to my throat doctor. He stuck a camera down my throat….ewwww, I gagged!!! It was kinda funny though…..he said I have "Acute Laryngitis".
So, um, yeah, that sux. I was supposed to play a show in San Diego yesterday and was supposed to perform on Jay Leno tomorrow and go live with Ryan Seacrest in the today, but I had to cancel that too. I'm at home resting my voice for 2 days and hope to be back out soon. Thank you for understanding. And once again, I sincerely apologize.

Avril Lavigne has officially Canceled the remainder of her United States tour dates as part of The Best Damn Tour 2008.
Avril has been suffering from Acute Laryngitis, and has tried her best to make a quick recovery. Unfortunately, she won't be able to heal quick enough. Avril has been forced to cancel the remainder of her United States tour which includes concerts in Anaheim, Universal City, Santa Barbara, San Jose, Spokane and Everett.
Today, Avril took the stage in Anaheim for her sound check, but said that when she tried to sing, nothing came out. Avril would like to extend her sincerest apologies to all of her fans.
Hopefully Avril Feels Better Soon! Avril plans to return 'The Best Damn Tour' on May 26 in Glasgow, UK.
