There's a lot of highly disturbing Madonna stan accounts, at least a dozen on Twitter, that I always see in GaGa's mentions. Their feeds are so similar too; 90% discussing/hating on the ABSOLUTE LATEST thing Gaga is doing, and (ironically) 10% of the feed is ACTUALLY discussing Madonna.
Not to mention PawsDown's entire disturbing existence, that other stan who created the anti-BornThisWay foundation website, and Angela Cheng + those other fake examiner accounts.
Not all of them are like that, of course. But those kind of people I mentioned keep the fire of the 'war' alive.

Well said. It's really disturbing.

Again, no concept of relevancy.
If Madonna has lost her relevancy her live shows wouldn't be playing to more and grossing more than any other solo artist today or in history.
I'll do my good deed for the day though and give you another great example of how Madonna is still relevant.
her live streamed paris olympia show was the biggest proof of her relevance. The reassurance of Madonna’s status as the most relevant pop icon in the world started even before she stepped on stage.
On the YouTube page her show was broadcast last night, thousands of people clicked on the “dislike” button even before the show began. Yeah, that’s right. Even before Madonna went on stage, thousands of anti-Madonna people took the time to log on to YouTube (increasing the number of people viewing the event) to simply to “dislike” a show that hadn’t even started. And that is the greatest proof of her relevance:
At this day and age, people are so preoccupied with Madonna, that they feel the need to express their distaste/dislike for whatever she is doing, even BEFORE she does anything.
In the same show, Marine le penn political activists went to PROTEST. protests happen around/about icons that share a meaningful relation with the issue being dealt with. For instance, protests regarding the Economy happen in front of economic icons (such as Wall Street); Gay Marriage protests happen in front of iconic places where decisions regarding the issue are made: in front of a Church, or Capitol Hill, for example.
Now, Madonna’s concert is the place where people go to protest against whatever she stands for, whether politically, socially or as a cultural icon.

Agreed. Just adding on to this, yes there are Monsters who also bash Madonna online, but at least Gaga has taken the initiative to discourage her fans from acting that way. Madonna hasn't.

Yes. Gaga "won" I guess?
She already won when BTW did a 6 week #1 stint in spite of every heinous accusation?

She is impactful and culturally relevant to an extent, but musically she is not relevant at all. Sorry if you don't get it.

But it's also people like you that keep the war going. Do you know why those Madonna fan accounts react the way they do?
Because of ludacris things said by people with little or no knowledge of what they're talking about. You for instance have said several ignorant things on this very thread.
I'm sorry of this upsets you but intelligent people don't want to digest the nonsense and delusions of grandeur that comes out of a lot of gaga's fans mouths.

either way, Gaga's name will be in her mouth. Whether the stans like it or not, Gaga's name alone draws huge amounts of attention, so its reasonable to see why she would latch onto her. She wouldn't chose someone like Kesha or Katy, because in all honestly, no one would care

Every example provided has to do with her MUSIC career.
I know it's hard to be a little monster at times like this but it's just something you'll have to accept.

No, it will never be over because Gaga is the Queen of Pop so they will die fighting it, unfortunately.

The last few posts are good examples too.
The Monsters don't really care. Meanwhile, Madonna stans will do anything to make Gaga look bad

You act like Madonna stans don't say ignorant things. What kind of ****ed up generalization? Madonna stans run those twitter accounts and website because they are bothered that their fave is fading, old, and irrelevant. They post fake stories, etc...which has nothing to do with Gaga stans. It's all they can do to try and save Madonna's fading light. Sorry if you don't like it, but my posts and views don't make and Madonna stans act like the bitter, seething queens they are. But keep trying to make yourself sound more intelligent and enlightened; it's not working though.

Her name gets huge amounts of attention? Not on planet earth,
The delusion you people are living in, in concerning. One moment you're all happy to admit the GP aren't here for her but the next when Madonna's name is mentioned all of a sudden she's still relevant and she gets huge amounts of attention. Ya'll just can't bare to accept that Madonna is and always has been much more relevant and successful.
If you don't start wrapping your head around that concept soon eventually you'll be forced to when the Doritos girl continues to decline.
