If other girls released as many albums as Riri released in last couple of years (since Spotify launched), they could've been #1 too.
Having more material out is an advantage in this, and if most of the material is recent, thats even a bigger advantage.

Last week Drunk In Love was 4th in US and 13th in the global chart.

But looking at the top lists in Spotify, it appears to have dropped to 8th and 15th, but those top lists can fluctuate a bit. Might be up or down by the end of the chart week.
