I think he's, he will sell some records with his new album but I am not seeing him making that transition from teeny bopper to young adult and gaining more adult fans. I am very surprised by 1D success, they are getting a third successful album not only in the US but WW which is something bieber failed to do so, his debut album sold like 7m WW then his second real album Believe couldn't even hit 3m WW despite the huge promotion planned by his label.

It actually worked out fine. They were just a bunch of songs to kind of hype the fans for his movie release and prepare everyone for his new more mature sound. It was very smart on their part imo

But seriously, I see him being around for a couple of years but I don't think he'll be massive anymore and his fame would continue to descend by the years. But he will continue to put out music and have fans.

I see him trying to return to a higher level of fame with a reality show when he's like 25 or 30. But he will fail.
