43. Luke Bryan - "That's My Kind Of Night"
Normally don't like country, but Luke Bryan is an exception. This song is off his album, 'Crash My Party'. Just love the flow of this song, and the chorus is fun to sing along with.
"Lay you down and love you right..
Yeah that's my kind of night!"
42. Arctic Monkeys - "Do I Wanna Know?"
Heard this in some commercial I forget, and searched it up immediately. The hard-hitting beats. The lyrics. Everything about this is great.

41. Arcade Fire - "Reflektor"
Amazing track off an amazing album. I've followed their music for quite a while, and this track is a highlight from their album for me. Love the 80's feel and the music video is amazing as well if you want to check it out.
The whole album is not as good as their previous albums, but it's still quite amazing.
40. Kanye West - "Blood On The Leaves"
Off Kanye's album, "Yeezus", just what an incredible song. I was addicted to this song for a while but it slowly died down.
Didn't like the overuse of Autotune. This track had the potential to be amazing, but fell a little flat.
Everything about it besides the autotuned voice is awesome though.

39. Kacey Musgraves - "Follow Your Arrow"
#39 is Kacey Musgraves with "Follow Your Arrow", off her album, 'Same Trailer, Different Park". Great song overall. It's not typically what I enjoy, but I really enjoy the lyrics for some reason
"If you can't lose the weight
Then you're just fat
But if you lose too much
Then you're on crack
You're damned if you do
And you're damned if you don't
So you might as well just do
Whatever you want
So.."
True words, Kacey. True words.
38. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis f/ Mary Lambert - "Same Love"
With their first entry into my Top 50, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis with featured vocals by Miranda Lambert come in at #38 with "Same Love", off their album 'The Heist'.
Such an important song and Miranda's standalone version was great as well. (Thought I'd give that a mention).
Her vocals. The lyrics that Macklemore provide. Great song overall.

37. Zendaya - "Replay"
This entry was surprising to me, because I normally don't listen to those teen stars that come from shows. But Zendaya's song, "Replay", is GREAT. It's a simple pop-electro song that provides bops, and for that I commend her. The music video is great as well. .
Great first song for her, and her self-titled album is amazing too.
36. CHVRCHES - "Recover"
"Recover" by CHVRCHES, off their 'Recover' EP or their debut album "The Bones Of What You Believe", comes in at #36. GREAT song. The beat of this song is quite amazing. Simply put, their whole album is amazing and deserves way more recognition. (Look for them to rank high in my other lists )

35. Beyoncé - "XO"
Just recently released and already one of my favorite tracks off the album (and the year). Ryan Tedder seems to be on a roll lately. This track is just an example.
Her voice in this song is so soothing. Ablasfafarmgalff, I would have rated this higher, but I felt bad since it was just released. If I'm still on this site by the end of 2014, this will definitely be on it.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. Can't wait for this to blow up in 2014
34. Phillip Phillips - "Get Up, Get Down"
Of course, what is my countdown without a Phillip Phillips entry (or well multiple of them *hint hint*). Amazing album track. What makes this song is his vocals. Just a perfect, fun song with sexy lyrics.
'Cause it's alright, it's out there
Go and get lost, girl
It's alright, I'm out there
Let me take control
Get up, get down, move a little bit closer to the scene
Find out what's there, something new to conceive
Get up, get down, get a little bit closer to me, girl
Find out what's there what you can be
As always, I suggest you check out his album, "The World from the Side of the Moon", which has sold 1,045,000 copies in the US, and contains 2 multi-platinum singles, "Home" and "Gone, Gone, Gone". (In case you were wondering)

20. The Fray
They continuously put out great albums. I've loved them for years and I always look forward to their music.
See: The Fray - "Love Don't Die"
19. John Newman
"Love Me Again" is a great song that should have smashed. His vocals over an infectious beat makes him my 19th Top Artist of 2013. Can't wait for more stuff from him.
18. Serena Ryder
Great Canadian artist that had a great year. Her songs, "Stompa" and "What I Wouldn't Do" were among my favorites this year. She's what the US needs right now.
17. CHVRCHES
Amazing album. I can't wait to see them on tour. They honestly served one of the best albums of 2013, and I encourage anyone who likes to broaden their music tastes to give them a try.
See: "The Mother We Share"
16. Miley Cyrus
The one we all thought would never become popular again. She proved everyone wrong and released an album full of bangerz. She reaches #16 on my Top Artists list
See: "Wrecking Ball" and "Adore You"
