well, as someone said in the other thread, there is a lack of original characters. It would be pretty pointless if we had the same members of last year nominated over this one. So, this may be an improvement call, I hope you guys (especially new folks) contribute to the site somehow and show some "uniqueness" inorder to make this happen and reward youselves with it.

I really do think that we should have an awards show because it was a huge event last year and it would be something like an Oscar for an internet site. I think that we've had some interesting moments with new members from 2006 abroad and I think that we've added something to this site. I don't know if this site is as good as it was years ago, but I know that I've tried to be a member that adds something to this site and I think that we all add something to this site in different ways.

We don't have to have an awards show, but I think that in the end, it would be a good thing.

All this talk about the new members being so horrible is killing me. Not all of us new members are horrible; there are plenty of us who have contributed to this site whether it was liked or not. Too many of you "veterans" are egotistical. No one on this damn forum is perfect so deal with it. Damn, at least award JT (Fireman25); he has contributed a lot to this forum. Stop being so stuck up and realize that you all were once "noobs" before too. Oh, and not all "veterans" are superb.

Warren , I'm not going to bother explaining my post. It was clear. I didn't say new members or whoever you think are horrible , I said there's a LACK. If anything ,it was a positive motivation for anyone whether you are a vet or a newbie. It seems that you're just looking for a pointless drama.

Um, I wasn't talking to you specifically; I was talking in general. If I wanted to start a "pointless drama," it would have been very evident. The fact that you are insulting people's character is quite dramatic of you, but I digress. I was simply stating the way I feel about people saying the "noobs suck" and the "noobs are horrible," how you take it is your problem.

I kind of see what Mazen is saying (and NO I AM NOT KISSING HIS ASS :]), because some of the members that are newer tend to all act alike and and start ****. I mean like some of them are like 11 or 12 years old...11 and 12 year olds are ALWAYS going to be annoying, they are young minded.

But as Warren said, I am also sick of the older members saying that all new members are anoying and destroying the site.

But seriously, people probably miss the old ATRL because some of the members that have been here for 5-3 years old (Veterans) either got banned or just don't post as much or at all. and the other older members miss them and it just isn't the same anymore.(Frogert, Kaos, etc) ,. I mean who is going to stay here for the rest of their lives besides Kevin?, people move on with their lives... and I am not applying all of this for EVERYONE k? (first sentence and the rest of this stub). New people are coming here and some of them are coming for a few days and spamming/being post *****s, and that's what the older members stereo type us to be (the "n00bs") ... and some of them are coming here for a while and posting things. Some of them make no sence, some of them are pretty intellegent (sp?) but whatever... I am stating whats on my mind... and sorry if some of it doesn't make any sence ... .
