It's not that much of a double meaning. Ke$ha's brand has always been white trash and that's something she always embraced. As for pitbull... He's got that typical in-your-face new-money attitude and no class, his music has always been really chavvy (especially his singing...), so a collaboration with a self-proclaimed white trash queen on a song that featured harmonicas made sense.
I'm using "white trash" with no judgement btw, it's really the best description I can come up with for Ke$ha. And you know, she embraces it and doesn't give a **** about negative judgements, so good for her.
