No, 'cause "Say It Right" didn't chart on my Personal Countdown this year, so it'll only be eligible for 2007. 
Even so, Nelly still has a chance to repeat something only Britney managed to do until now: have THREE singles inside the Top 10 - In 2004, "My Prerogative" was #7, "Everytime" #4 and "Toxic" #1.
