The only reason some people think that is because randomly a couple months ago there was a rumour Ellie had recorded a Leona demo.

Plus Leona's Burn was written by Ryan Tedder and apparently Ellie worked with Ryan recently aswell.

I managed to find that tweet saying Ellie was recording a Leona demo, it came from March and the tweeter seems to be pretty accurate with the stuff he tweets.

It won't be a new album per say - the era isn't over yet. She's still touring for Halcyon and given its recent boom in popularity (jumping up the iTunes chart to the top 5) I assume she's planning to give it a re-release like she did with Bright Lights. The only good thing is that she's a smart girl and doesn't seem to want to waste our cash by just giving us one or two extra tracks, so we could be in for anything from 4+ new tracks.

Sis, relax. Ellie did the same thing with ACH for a lyric video, and released a proper video for it later. I'm sure she's gonna do a similar thing here.
