Diego Torres hardly wins awards as Juanes and Shakira....so thats why he always gets nominated, Shakira can't get nominated again after winning the award last year...

Not only that, look at Babasonicos... isn't this the 5th time in a row they're nominated for Best Rock Artist? That just means they've lost it 4 times in a row. Too bad, though, because they're a good band
