He could have EASILY gotten a $10 bill, two $5s or ten ones from one of his buddies to get his car, and there are ATMs all around the city. Celebrities don't carry cash, but that small amount of money isn't hard to obtain in seconds. We're not talking about $200 or $1,000 here.
