Her tour sold out, do your research before you post. By the time she was about to move into Arena's she was forced to cancel. Let me remind you that her tickets were expensive because of the high demand.
Selling a hell of a lot of albums shows that you have the attention of casuals, whilst being a touring force shows that you have a large dedicated fanbase and people care enough to invest in you.
The former brings more prestige, but the latter ensures more career security/longevity.

Personally, If I were an artist and I had to choose between these. I'd want to be a touring force. Sell out tours would be much more fun than empty seats and plenty of album sales. It'd be boring.
On one hand, tickets are often times more expensive than albums and people actually taking the time to come see you is better than people just downloading an album. But selling albums is what makes you a legend.
