The best part of this song is obviously the vocal delivery. Both girls sing at the same time, and it adds to the overall **** you atmosphere of the song. Charli XCX is in there somewhere, too. And she's also here on my countdown.

Charli XCX - You're the One
I've enjoyed her music since accidentally discovering "Nuclear Seasons." "You're The One" has that excellent chainsaw synth action and the way she sings the chorus mmm. I feel like this is the music Katy Perry is going to try and make (and fail at making) with her next era. Since she's going to be gothic or something retarded like that.
I saw them four times in high school, but I lost interest in them after their follow-up to The Con.
"Closer" has me very excited for their return to my iTunes.

Kylie Minogue - Timebomb
I know a lot of ATRL elitists (which normally includes me ) like to drag this song, but it's ****ing fun and that's all I care about.
I'll do it better, I'll do it better, I'll do it better than anybody else, HA! This song gives me Blondie in the best way, and I love it.

First Aid Kid - "Emmylou"
A country song by a Swedish (Country's not local ) duo. Their album is good, too. If you're into countryish music, their harmonies and lyrical content are interesting and so much better than the whole "BBQ stains on my white t-shirt ~ I <3 America" tea most US country artists serve.

Twin Shadow - "Golden Light"
His vocals, the subdued beat which is eventually complimented by the addition of drums. The lyrics are a bit clunky in places, but I really enjoy the ride overall.

Cassie - "King of Hearts" (Richard X Remix)
Pitchfork first turned me onto this remix. It's much better than the original, IMO. (The original isn't bad either). Really worth a listen. Too bad about Cassie her career though.
