05. John Mayer - Born And Raised
I've been a proud fan since 2002, and he has never dissapointed me to this date. This work of art does not reach the levels of perfection that Battle Studies reached, but it's definitely a classic in Mayer's discography.
Top 5:
05. If I Ever Get Around To Living
04. Shadow Days
03. Speak For Me
02. Walt Grace's Submarine Test
01. The Age Of Worry
04. Anthony Hamilton - Back To Love
Also a longtime fan of Hamilton, this work of art from December of last year ended up being my favorite album by him and my favorite r&b album of 2012. It's THAT good.
Top 5:
05. Sucka For You
04. I'm Ready
03. Best Of Me
02. Pray For Me
01. Broken Man
03. Wisin y Yandel - Los Lideres
Reggaeton Kings! Even if their music resembles reggaeton very little as of lately. They are one of my 5 favorite artists of all time and they will continue to be as long as they release stuff half as good as this.
Top 5:
05. Noche de Carnaval
04. Un Beso
03. Rumba
02. Algo Me Gusta De Ti
01. No Te Detengas
02. Calibre 50 - El Buen Ejemplo
The Adele of Regional Mexican music
They absolutely obliterated everyone in their path. You could not go anywhere in Mexico without listening to a song from this album, and the fact that they released half the album as singles only helped boost their unmatched popularity even more. This album is a true work of art, and they deserve every bit of the success they're having.
