Pity for the most part, but there are people who have done extraordinary things. However, they remain the vast minority and for the most part those who drop out have a very bleak future

And I think they are fit for the schema given the arduous work they must put in to be a doctor..

When most people think doctor as a career choice, they do not think of all the years of school they have to go through, or the many people's lives they would be affecting. They see it as a cash cow and they want to milk it for what it's worth, regardless if they even want to actually help people or not.

Honestly, I can't judge. You can't just assume someone drops out because they are to lazy to do the work.
Maybe they really needed a job at the moment to support their family or maybe they had serious health problems during their teen years. If they drop out just because they are lazy, that's very lame and stupid, high school is as easy as it's going to get.

Also, my friend's parents were high school dropouts and now they have their own businesses. So yeah, some people can actually succeed without education, but in my opinion it's better to get an education.

I don't judge people because of **** like this. They drop out, they drop out. I know plenty of people who didn't finish high school and they're just fine. It's astonishing how quick people are to judge. There are various reasons as to why people drop out. You don't know everyone's story.

I don't understand those who drop out simply because they lost interest in school or are lazy, but there are some with intention and are willing to work hard for whatever it is they want in life.

Like if you're quitting high school because you see a good future in band who's already had a single and/or family business then I guess.
But if you're quitting because you want to be the next big rapper and only passed 9th grade..

But still, its hard to get through life today without at least getting a high school education. I mean its a bit sad to see people not value education as much as they should be. I mean some people around the world would die to get an education like the one we have in the US. In my opinion you should finish your high school education and then decide what to do.

Ya'll forget some people have legitimate reasons. Pregnancy so they have to put their baby first, some have a chance to start a great career early (in Music, etc, etc), and other things.

But if we're gonna be ignorant and assume the average one who dropped out just because, then I frown upon it. High School is really easy I mean, compared to the obstacles in adulthood.

My bestfriend dropped out of school after he was 17 in the 8th grade, and people judged him all the time, not knowing that his mother, and grandmother died in a car accident a few years prior, and he had been living with his 22 year old brother who was a drug addict.

Never judge someone because of a personal decision like that.

You never know what someones going through.

What annoys me is seeing people drop out at their Senior Year and from pure laziness. Like, you can finish one more year? I'm just glad I graduated.
