Rasmussen is a conservative leaning poll. The average of polls has Obama ahead in Ohio.
The national polls lately have been largely skewed by Gallup, which has been a huge outlier (in the past week they've had Romney ahead by as much as 7 points). Romney needs Ohio, and right now, the only way Obama loses Ohio is if voter turnout is low. Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight blog is a good resource for people who want to follow polls.
That said, it remains to be seen if Sandy will have an impact on the polls. Romney might have done himself a huge disservice by saying he still wants to cut FEMA.
