I have had minor cases of sleep paralysis, where I feel awake, but can not move my limbs or speak. I don't panic, though. It only lasts a few seconds on the rare occasion it does happen, though.
On a paranormal level, I used to live in this apartment building, but then it became condemned, so we moved to the one across the street. One day the apartment building caught on fire (assuming an arsen did it, you'll see why in a sec.) I was pressed cause I smelled like smoke the next morning
Anyways...a few years later, I moved away, but came back to live with a friend cause our family was homeless...and I swear I saw a sad looking figure (I think it was a boy) walking in the spot where the apartment used to be. I am fully convinced it was to cover up a murder.
In that same city, when my family first moved there, we had to live in this gray house. Weird things would happen (faucet would turn on randomly, as would the radio. Electronics that needed plugged in broke easily) the latter 2 could be explained by the shoddy electric system in the house, but not even my dad (who was an electrician) could fix it
On a more real level: One time my dad was driving my family home while heavily intoxicated. He was swerving in between lanes on the high way. I thought I was going to die, to be honest.
