Christianity is insulted all the time. See Religulous or South Park. Free speech was designed to protect unpopular speech. Since something popular would not need protection.

I do agree that we need to limit it though, since it is basically like shouting fire in a movie theater or bomb on an airplane.

Regardless, what a couple people do should not jeopordize the lives of innocent people. I see their actions are actually counter productive. Killing US citizens will only make the US send more troops in the area.

The thing is that right now in the US we have a mass phobia of Muslims right now. This is no different than many times before back in history and a good example is the way the US treated the Japanese after Pearl Harbor.
