He's just an autograph seller, he's with a blank paper. Real fans take their magazine covers/physical albums to get signed, not some blank paper that they can sell on eBay. Plus if he was a real fan he should've have waited outside for hours like the rest of the fans. Gaga already told her fans (even Katie psycho) to not RUN when they see her, and not to do shady movements cuz her bodyguards will react to that.
