It depends, Britney isn't really the kind of act that needs to tour with every album she puts out. She's not Madonna 20 years into her career and she is going to reach a saturation/exhaustion point of people seeing her. She doesn't need to establish herself with touring audiences so consistently like she did in her early days. She should wait at least two records before doing a new tour like Madonna did in the mid 80's to early 00's. So I think she could if she doesn't tour with her newest album and waits until her 9th album to come back to touring venues.

No, she sold 50 % of the arena (18000) in my city. She desperately put posters everywhere in my neighborhood. She even convinced the local government to print her face in the city magazine and shoved it in my mailbox. It wasn't enough for the ticket sales. The press wrote "big production tried to keep a lifeless person upright" or "even (some) grannies are more agile".
Britney's tours will always be successful so you can stay right on seething at that.
