I might add that Speed Test is about only 80 percent accurate. citizens of US probably have lower download/upload speeds than those outside of it because many people are using the site at the same time. Plus you cant accurately depict where you are really cause I live in west palm but my connection on there is from Miami.

It just means that the speedtest Operational base (Server) is further away so it's not bad... You can assume your internets faster because its so far away
