umm...the average gross per show is a good way to use this because some people complain tours only get a high gross because of the number of shows, so if your average gross is high than it wouldn't matter how many shows you do the...the gross will be huge either way
But shouldn't a high amount of shows be a good thing since it indicates demand?

I suppose they combined the tour in 2003 with the second leg in 2004
The leg in 2004 had 29 cancelled dates due to her "vocal cord injuries" and paid no refunds

It was Justified/Stripped concert where Justin T. and Christina A. performed together in a tour. Both artists made it as the first leg for their concert tours.
Nope. The first leg of the 'Justified' tour started in May 2003 (the first European leg was sold out.) Christina was added to the tour in June 2003.

No. Katy could barely fill 120 shows with low prices. To fill 300 dates she would have to play small venues at low prices and this wouldn't turn into an high gross.
