If you say so. They didn't make any "official" projections for Taylor Swift until almost an entire sales day (9pm) passed, which makes sense since most retail stores don't open until 9am.

Her initial projection was 650K after 19 hours of release.

I highlighted the part where it says that it's still very early and that projections will change as the week goes on. These projections are conservative, and the only reason why they are giving such early projections is because Justin is doing "better than expected" and will most likely have the biggest sales week for a 2012 release. This isn't anything new.

Guys... Billboard ALWAYS makes these kinds of predictions at the very start of the sales week, based off of the exact same factors each time.

He could still go up or down by a decent margin. We'll have to wait until next week to find out.
