the song was already top 10 hit in LOCA times :X when the album came out lol kinda late i know but hey they got some money from the album sales...which sold REALLY well for a spanish album
plus its the last single video with EPIC/SONY so they probably wanted to spend some money on her for the last time

I think it's just a little buzz single to keep her a bit relevant until the release of her upcoming English album.

I don't think they are expect a 2:30 song to become a big hit.
