It's not as great as it once was but it's still pretty good and much better than Seinfeld which may be the most overrated show in history.

Honestly, the last couple of seasons of The Simpsons have been better than 95% of the shows on network TV today. It's just incredibly difficult to compare the later years to the prime years, because the prime years...god, quality-wise, there has NEVER been a show quite like The Simpsons during seasons 3-8.

I always say this when someone has the audacity to claim that FG is better: Without The Simpsons, Family Guy would not exist. Hell, neither would South Park or any other hugely popular adult-oriented animated series over the last 25 years. The Simpsons made it possible for non-Flinstones animation to exist on primetime TV. Hell, the BASIC STRUCTURE of Family Guy is so dangerously similar to The Simpsons during its prime years that it borders on hilarity. And I LIKE Family Guy!
I've grown to really appreciate Seinfeld over the last couple of years, especially given how it has remained relevant for as long as it has, but...come on, you know my answer. Anyone who knows me even a little bit knows my answer.
