Hmm, I wish IFPI gave us more than just the Top 10 each year. It's so much harder to get a feel for how much a single has sold in its entire life WW.
For Gaga:
Poker Face - 9.8m WW (when at 4.0m in the US)
Just Dance - 7.7m WW (when at 3.9m in the US)
Bad Romance - 9.7m WW (when at 4.3m in the US)
Telephone - 7.4m WW (when at 2.6m in the US)
Born This Way - 8.2m WW (when at 3.5m in the US)
If you add what each has sold in the US alone since then it'd be:
Poker Face ~ 12.4m
Bad Romance ~ 10.5m
Just Dance ~ 10.3m
Born This Way ~ 8.4m
Telephone ~7.9m
But if you assumed that the ratio of US sales / foreign sales remained the same as when IFPI reported the total sales would look like:
Poker Face ~ 16.2m
Just Dance ~ 12.8m
Bad Romance ~ 11.5m
Telephone ~ 8.8m
Born This Way ~ 8.7m
But there's really no way of knowing.
