Nope, not even close to her real hair:
She pretty much always wears extensions. The last time she completely ditched extensions was in late December 2010:
A greasy mess, but it doesn’t look bad. Compared to that length, her real hair was about 3 inches shorter most of the era. She removed some of the extensions around the time the European leg of the tour last year began:
Not bad, but she definitely shouldn’t rock her real hair.
