It's possible, but a bit tricky to do right now. You have to know the original dimensions of the video, then use the crop options to make it square (if you want) and then calculate the right scale to reduce it to 128x128.
For example, if your video is 640x360, you have to crop 280 pixels from the left and right to make it square, like:
cropleft=140
cropright=140
That leaves you with 360x360. To get to 128, the scale to use is 128/360 = 0.355.
scale=0.355
I can think of a few ways to make this whole resizing process more user friendly, I'll let you know when I implement them.
