It’s because he's been trying out experimental weight loss pills and drugs, in addition to appearing on several weight loss shows, trying to make some money, despite that fact that he gets more money from Britney in a month than he makes in a year. You gotta admit that it was funny when he was hospitalized for ‘heat stress’ the last time.
