All the performances of RTW were great but the Billboard Awards performance is her best performance ever, in my opinion. The dancing was so rigorous but she stayed on point, hitting every mart, all while slaying vocally. She was so into it.
& can I just say, the incorporation of "Can You Feel It">>>>
It's really an epic opening to the song and makes me feel it
It's like an epic topping on an epic banana split except that it's an epic performance & not a banana split
These performances are overrated IMO, If I were a Boy at the Grammys>>>>

Gaga does not have Beyonce's raw skills and stage presence but that performance was more exciting than all of Beyonce's except for the one mentioned above, thanks to a great song, the worlds best backing track, a great set, and of course a badass gimmick

Beyonce's a far more consistent performer though. For every 1 2009 VMAs or 2010 Grammy's, Gaga has 200 messes like Judas on Ellen or Grammys 2011. They both have a few exceptional 10/10 performances, but when Bey's not doing that she's doing 9s,8s, and 7s whereas Gaga just bounces up and down the number line
