The video for "Jam (Turn It Up)" was filmed in January 2011 by director Hype Williams but never released. The video also featured a special appearance by Kanye West.[4] Some behind-the-scenes archive footage from the video were shown in a couple Keeping Up with the Kardashians Season 6 ads. According to Kim's sister, Khloé Kardashian "It [the video] was never meant to be played publicly." She continues, "I've seen it. It's to die for. Her body is banging, baby. [...] The song was for charity; it wasn't for her to have a recording deal. [It was] something she just wanted to be for herself and for fun, so the video she made just for herself".[5]. On August 29, 2011, a sneak peak of the video surfaced online.[6]
