Of course it's good! That's probably 75-80% of the average audience impressions for a #1 airplay hit these days.
Plenty of songs break the 100 million barrier when they are cross-format hits (most likely pop-rhythmic-urban or pop-Hot AC-adult contemporary). What makes it so special for Britney is that, especially until recently, she very rarely received a lot of support outside of pop radio, making it almost impossible for her to get there. The massive spins for "I Wanna Go" are still mostly coming from top 40 stations, but she's making more headway in other genres now, too.
