All she has done is express her own ideas and deepest feelings through her unique abilities and thoughts blended together with older and tried-and-true methods in order to convey a message in which everyone can relate to. If anything, her blending of old songs, concepts, ideas, with her newer/recycled/unique ones only help others appreciate the past art and masterpieces that deserve said appreciation.
I'll be awaiting your reply stating that something is original and has never been done/thought of by someone else but for now.
People think things like the album cover, or the Judas release, or that TEOG music video were "mistakes" & some think they were masterpieces. I loved all 3. <3 Others think her being "weird" or an "attention-seeking *****" or being "unhappy in interviews" or "I like the old disco Gaga better" or even all the lies that all the haters believe. As a die-hard fan, I say her biggest mistake SO FAR, for me personally, is not releasing DANCE IN THE DARK as the 4th & final single off of THE FAME MONSTER. The epic video it would have... 
Anyways, that's just my opinion. I love her.
