I'm almost positive she won't start right at 9:45. U2 and Coldplay started their sets ~15-30 minutes after the scheduled time so I'm sure Bey will.

My TV guide says 10.00 too, but yesterday it said 9.45 for Coldplay, and 9.45 for U2 on Friday too....
