And again - don't think I'm attacking the video. If it wins the VMA for video of the year, I wouldn't be all that disappointed. It's more of the bringing in the name of Kubrick. He's the reason I want to be in the film production industry.

Then what is the best video to be released in 2011? I think it's a no-brainer with E.T., but we know that just because a video is the best, that doesn't necessarily mean it will will...much less receive a nomination.

Katy Perry started off with her music videos being lackluster (CG, TD, Fireworks), but suddenly she has made some great music videos in E.T. and Last Friday (T.G.I.F.). I honestly won't be surprised if she leads the way in nominations this year for VMA's from those two videos alone.
