It will not count.

Billboard made it very clear that music given away for free does not count towards it's chart. There is no minimum that must be paid however, as long as you have to pay for it.

That is why Best Buy's promotional give away of the Lady Gaga album when buying a phone plan did not count towards her sales, but the $.99 deal did.
Also, when you download from the site, you don't have to sign in or anything. One person can download multiple times and there is no way of tracking that... no way they will count it...
