I feel bad for her european stans. She should've released an album with LL and NFY there first in march '16. Then released a brand new single for the album release in the US and re-release in Europe in march '17.
If this was really releasing in January, I feel like we would have a solid release date and maybe pre-orders by now. It would all seem too rushed and last minute to start it the month of release. I mean look at Dua and ha half a year wait pre-order.
She's done enough in Europe and the generic bop I Would Like is smashing...labels these days.
This is one of the reasons I got back into Kpop. No countless pushbacks, no shelved albums, no waiting for hit singles to finally release something. This is tiring and will damage her sales more than help them.
Like, Lush Life was released a year and a half ago. I mean, come on Sometimes I wish she stayed local to Sweden, at least back then she was able to release her stuff.
What a mess. I still cant at this album originally supposed to be released in spring 2016, then delayed to June 2016, then delayed to September 2016, then delayed to the end of 2016, then promised to be released in January 2017.... and now its not even certain if it comes out that month....
I feel another reason her album was delayed was to record new songs, since the songs she did with Dr. Luke and his people were likely scrapped. Hopefully the Max Martin songs will still make the album.

She stop working with Dr.Luke around March this year. That's why her album wasn't released.... Then she spent all summer in studio with Max MarTeam. This album has been 100% ready since September.
They are gonna keep delaying it until they get a hit in the US dd

Yeah. She had the perfect opportunity to release an album when she had the 1-2-3-4punch of Lush Life - Never Forget You - Girls Like - That David Guetta song. Now those songs are over and she doesn't really have a hit at the moment anywhere so she'll have to try and get ANOTHER hit to lead this album. Her label are too thirsty.
I bet this is hurting her...idk what her label is waiting for? with all these singles released she could of been at like 2M WW in track equivalent sales and streaming points for the album! Now it will flop...
They wanted her to breakthrough in the US before releasing it but they need to understand that not every artist is meant to breakthrough in that market...she can still be huge globally without the US and become the next Kylie Minogue or something...ugh.
