I feel for the parents though. Imagine your child living in fear every night of being hurt by the pedo-- having nightmares, wetting the bed, etc-- and having to reassure them that even though the pedo is free he will never hurt them again. If nothing else the pedo's death is proof to his victims that he'll never hurt them again, something a 30 year jail sentence would have likely done also.
You can choose your sins, but you can't choose your consequences. The pedo chose to molest innocent children and paid for it with his life. The parents of those children chose to murder the pedo and now they may pay with their freedom, which means time away from their children. I see no winners here. Wish the parents would have handled this differently
