Probably meant percentage wise because trump got 46% of the popular vote and...
Bush got 51% in 2004 and 47% in 2000
Clinton got 49% in 96 and 43% in 92 (three legit candidates were running and Perot siphoned off nearly 20 million votes so naturally the winner's numbers would be that low)
HW got 53% in 88
Reagan got 58% in 84 and 50.7% in 80
Carter got 50.1% in 76
Nixon got a whopping 60% in 72
Trump legit has the lowest voting percentages for a winning candidate in the last 40 years when it comes to head to head races. You were saying?

Hillary supporters are eternally angry that the popular vote is literally the only thing they have to latch onto as if that extra 2% of scared, apathetic American voters somehow symbolizes some trophy on her end. She
lost. Winning the popular vote doesn't have any value in our current system. And I think they still haven't swallowed this yet.
Gore won the popular vote, but who was still talking about him?
Nobody.
If Trump had the lowest voting percentages, no experience, has half the country shook, and still managed to win, don't you think that says quite alot? As unstable and uniformed he is, clearly he did something
right to beat out the media and every other experienced candidate. No matter how liberals try to slice it, the man is a success. For the wrong reasons? Perhaps. But you're trying to criticize him having the lowest percentage for a winning candidate for the highest, most powerful job in the world. It's like trying to drag the person who got into Harvard with the lowest GPA. Bitch, they got
in to Harvard.
Newsflash: Becoming the leader of the free world isn't a bad place to peak. So some of you think you're rubbing salt in somebody's wounds when Hillary is somewhere at home crying mercilessly wishing to be in Trump's "loser" position.
