Not like it's any less tragique. That doesn't happen to Polish guys, the hottest Eastern Europeans (and they're usually beardless which is perfect for me since I hate beards).

Bulgarians are South Slavics tho, I've never seen a Bulgarian with fair hair y'all look more like Greeks... on the other hand Russians tend to have very thin hair.
Well Brazilian guys are great, especially in the South of the country.
In the US most of the cute guys I saw were from other countries (That was in to a WW convention in Boston) Spain in awesome! Damn, tal hot guys everywhere. Britsh are kinda ugly, not really my type. Argentina has it's fair of beauty too. Cancun (not a country, but still) was like hot guys all around, but I'm not sure where they are from.

America because we have so many people from every country with so many cultures. Literally my law firm is the United Nations with people from 13 different countries. Plus there is no "American" look.
But Middle easterns, Latinos, and mixed/lightskinned black people are objectively the best looking types of nationalities/races.
