Yes she is. Burlesque outsold that Female album whatever then Lotus outsold Britney Jane and her last three lead singles did worse than any Xtina lead single. Xtina > Brittany since 2012

At this point even if she does promo later down the line she is going to end up losing radio support. Radio has flat lined on this for about two weeks now, and she has been at around 30 million AI forever. It's a shame because it looks like she is actually going to promote, but it may end up being to late in the end. The music video really should have helped her over the next few weeks until promo kicked in.
