Blonde hair isn't exclusive to white people. Even a lot white girls have to bleach, and straighten, their hair to get the color, or texture, they desire. Most even wear weaves and extensions.

And there is no proof of skin bleaching, only rumors and assumptions. Light skin isn't exclusive to white people as well. Plenty of black people are multicultural and get light and tan naturally. Are you saying some Asian people are appropriating "white culture" with their white skin? No. Because it isn't something only white people have.
