They are both hot in different ways, but men are obviously hotter for the most part. They are bigger, their bodies are showier (when they have muscles) their features are more angular and striking vs the soft feminine features of women, and they are at their sexiest completely natural, whereas our beauty standards dictate women are much sexier with makeup on, which kind of says in itself that without makeup, women aren't ads attractive as men.
This is hard. I'm gay, but I'll go with women. Women are hot just by appearance alone. Men are hot in what their appearance represents. For example, a guy with muscles can offer protection. However, leaving my sexual orientation out of the equation, men might be on the same level as women if women didn't have makeup. I find more women attractive on average than men, but a really attractive man is more attractive than a really attractive woman without makeup.
