Beyonce's immediate family is black so she is Black. People who are of mixed race tend to still have afro hair but a looser curl pattern like Travis Mccoy or Alicia Keys (even though she tends to wear extensions and wigs). But still the range of afro mixed race hair is huge. Their hair can be anywhere from silky straight to extremely coarse, so it all depends.
