She's not doing it to sing, though. She's doing it so that it actually looks like she's singing and not lipping. It obviously makes more sense to talk, or semi-sing, than to just mouth the words. It's only habitual. Not to mention she's completely out of breath from moving around stage. Same goes for Beyonce, no taking sides here.
